Nammos Residences, AMAALA
Triple Bay, AMAALA. Twenty apartments and penthouses over a Mykonos beach club — half of them sold in a fortnight.
Twenty homes, one to three bedrooms, above the Aegean transplanted. Nammos Residences sit within the Nammos resort at Triple Bay, AMAALA: Foster + Partners for the architecture, Lázaro Rosa-Violán for interiors of blues, seagrass greens, terrazzo and timber. Red Sea Global reported in December 2025 that half the apartments had sold within two weeks of launch, and named the collection as the proof it wanted — that a Saudi Red Sea address could clear a price before a single resort had proved international demand.
Two prices, both published by the seller. Red Sea Global's December statement put AMAALA apartments from SAR 4.5 million; the AMAALA Residences site now asks from SAR 6.25 million for this collection. The register records both with their dates and does not choose: a price that moved by nearly forty per cent inside a year is itself the fact a buyer needs.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a settled price: the seller has published two, ten months apart.

Five records at Triple Bay, AMAALA, and the pattern in them is the one worth naming: the residences proved a price before the resorts proved international demand. Nammos sold half of its twenty apartments within two weeks of launch; one of the twenty-six Rosewood villas had gone by December 2025; the Four Seasons resort and its twenty-six villas opened on 15 June 2026, the first resort at AMAALA to open at all.
