The licence wording here is the most explicit the register has found anywhere. The project is not owned, developed or sold by Four Seasons; Red Sea Global uses the marks under a licence terminable according to its terms; Four Seasons assumes no responsibility or liability; and beyond approving some design concepts for conformity with its standards it did not develop the design or select any furnishings, fixtures or finishes. Five brand families now publish this clause and this one goes furthest — it disclaims the interiors.
Seventy-five Private Residences — forty-three Dune Villas and thirty-two Waterside Villas — sculpted into the dunes at the secluded eastern point, on 4.8 hectares with the sea on three sides. Residents take dedicated access to the golf clubhouse, which Four Seasons runs. A five-bedroom villa was reported at USD 13.87 million.
Two products under one brand on one island, and the register keeps them apart. These seventy-five sit between the sea and the fairways; the thirty-one Resort Residences sit inside the resort with full access to its amenities. Different siting, different access, different record — the same rule that split Jumeira Bay into four.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who reads the brand as the developer's covenant: Four Seasons disclaims responsibility in writing, down to the fixtures. Not for anyone wanting a berth — the island's marina is a separate asset and no mooring right is recorded here.
