On 7 January 2026 Diriyah Company and the Saudi developer Midad signed a joint development agreement for a 159-room Four Seasons hotel and Four Seasons Private Residences on a 23.6-hectare site at Diriyah, valued with the land at USD 827 million. The plan is a cluster of courtyards and colonnades over the valley.
No source reaching the register gives the number of residences, their sizes, prices or a date. The record holds the agreement and the parties, and will be completed as the residences are released. The report that named it — as 'Four Seasons Residences Diriyah Gate' — did so before the agreement was signed.
