The first resort at AMAALA opened with its houses already built. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay opened on 15 June 2026 with 202 rooms, suites and garden villas and twenty-six branded private residential villas of 552 to more than 1,000 square metres, each with a private pool; U+A Architects of Dubai drew it. John Pagano, group chief executive of Red Sea Global, called the opening a moment of realisation for the company.

The register already held two Four Seasons records on the Red Sea, and both are on a different island. Shura Island carries 75 private residences and 31 resort residences; this is the third, and the first at AMAALA. Counts differ by source: Red Sea Global's own opening release says 26, a Saudi property guide says 25. The register records 26, from the developer, and names the other.

Who it is not for

Not for a buyer who wants a quiet resort: this is the address AMAALA opened with, and it is the one being photographed.

Five records at Triple Bay, AMAALA, and the pattern in them is the one worth naming: the residences proved a price before the resorts proved international demand. Nammos sold half of its twenty apartments within two weeks of launch; one of the twenty-six Rosewood villas had gone by December 2025; the Four Seasons resort and its twenty-six villas opened on 15 June 2026, the first resort at AMAALA to open at all.
