Elie Saab's first homes in Saudi Arabia are villas inside a state-built town: three- and four-bedroom houses, some facing the wadis, in the Salmani style, by Dar Al Arkan within Sedra, the 30,000-home community that the Public Investment Fund's ROSHN is building north of Riyadh to raise Saudi home ownership. Launched in November 2023; the brand said the first villas would be delivered in 2024.
The brand's own page is the weakest source. Elie Saab Maison's announcement attributes Sedra's twenty million square metres to the project and still carries placeholder text; the register cites it for the launch only. No source consulted gives the number of villas or their price; the register holds Elie Saab's residences in Gurugram and Noida beside this one.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer seeking a standalone branded estate: the villas sit within a large national housing community.

Etoile by Elie Saab is villas inside ROSHN's state-built Sedra — and the brand's own page about it still carries placeholder text. Mondrian Riyadh Al Malga was declined: its 'residences' are seventy serviced apartments counted among the hotel's 200 keys, and no source reports them sold as homes. And Aqua Raffles Towers, from the same report, is the register's Raffles Residences Jeddah under its former name — Aqua Tower — now Saudi Arabia's tallest residential building.
