Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah
Makkah. Fairmont. 316 residences on twelve floors of the Clock Tower, above the Haram.
Three hundred and sixteen residences on the thirtieth to forty-first floors of the Makkah Clock Tower, the 601-metre centre of the Abraj Al Bait complex with its forty-metre clock, directly above the Haram — serviced by Fairmont, whose hotel fills the tower, and handed over by Emaar in 2013 as the first residences of their kind in the city, for sale or to let through the hotel.
Found on the way, while resolving the Mövenpick residences in the neighbouring Hajar Tower; not in the research queue. The complex is part of the King Abdulaziz Endowment, and the owners' form of title is not stated in the sources consulted.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who needs to know what kind of title they receive: the sources do not say.

22.09.2026 · Saudi Arabia, run 4 — Makkah's towers, a Jeddah creek, and the Saudi queue closed
The last Saudi names. Mövenpick Residences, Hajar Tower — 882 furnished homes facing the Kaaba — and, found beside it, Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah, 316 homes on twelve floors of the Clock Tower itself, both stand on the King Abdulaziz Endowment, and no source says what an owner there holds; the register records the tenure as not established rather than assume freehold. The VUE by YOO Studio in Jeddah is thirty-six homes over the Obhur creek, and its developer and its builder describe towers of different heights.
