Twin towers on King Fahd Road with two personalities: Tower A, DAMAC Esclusiva, 32 storeys of apartments furnished by Fendi Casa; Tower B, DAMAC Tower by Paramount, 35 storeys styled on a century of Paramount films. Both topped out in February 2015, less than two years after work began, on a shared podium; the apartments, suites and penthouses are sold furnished and serviced.
The Paramount name has gone quiet. The developer's current page describes Tower B's 'Hollywood-inspired' design without naming Paramount, while listing portals still use it; the register records what each source says and makes no finding on the licence. Tower A holds 100 apartments in the developer's 2015 account and 216 on 30 floors in one later source. The research report listed the towers separately, as 'Damac Towers — Fendi' and 'Damac Towers — Paramount'.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a large home: most units are furnished serviced apartments and suites.

Aman Hegra Residences — thirty homes for sale beside a 42-key Aman at Saudi Arabia's first World Heritage Site — and The Chedi Residences Wadi Safar, twenty villas by Bjarke Ingels around a Greg Norman course, were both announced without dates. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Khobar, by the Gulf, is the third Ritz-Carlton residential project in the region to be marketed as the first, and its developer's page leaves the count blank. DAMAC Towers Riyadh are twin towers of furnished apartments, one by Fendi Casa and one styled on Paramount's films — a name the developer's current page no longer uses.
