Thirty Aman residences for sale on an eight-million-square-metre site at Hegra, the Nabataean city of rock-cut tombs that is Saudi Arabia's first UNESCO World Heritage Site, beside an Aman resort of 42 rooms and villas. The Jeddah investor KUN and the state's AlUla Development Company signed to own and build it together in January 2024.

Aman Hegra Residences — thirty homes for sale beside a 42-key Aman at Saudi Arabia's first World Heritage Site — and The Chedi Residences Wadi Safar, twenty villas by Bjarke Ingels around a Greg Norman course, were both announced without dates. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Khobar, by the Gulf, is the third Ritz-Carlton residential project in the region to be marketed as the first, and its developer's page leaves the count blank. DAMAC Towers Riyadh are twin towers of furnished apartments, one by Fendi Casa and one styled on Paramount's films — a name the developer's current page no longer uses.
