Seventy-three apartments under a Swiss marque the building still claims — and an August 2025 sale whose effect on the licence nobody has published.
The count and the sizes are the resort's own. «Всего 73 эксклюзивных апартамента», 74.5 to 182.3 sqm, at Kurortny prospekt 89, presented as part of the five-star Swissôtel Resort Sochi Kamelia, with Alex Kravetz Design named for the lobbies. The site signs its footer «© 2026 swissotel resort».
Accor appears nowhere on it — and Accor owns Swissôtel. A building asserting a marque without once naming the group that holds it is the shape a stranded licence takes, and this one has a transaction behind it: Gals-Development put the hotel to auction at 10 bn roubles, and VTB sold it in August 2025. The register could not establish who bought it or whether the Swissôtel licence survived — the report that would say is unreachable.
So the brand status is recorded as contested and the record is published anyway. The apartments exist, their count and sizes come from the party that sells them, and the marque question is stated as a question. The alternative — publishing the marque as active on the strength of a footer — is what §115 was written against three hours ago. This record needs exactly one fact before the brand field can be settled.
