A developer still advertising a Hilton marque in 2026, on an agreement signed ten days before Hilton left Russia.
This is the most consequential brand claim the register found in Russia. The developer's own site asserts, in 2026, «Управление знаменитым международным оператором Double Tree by Hilton 4*». The agreement for a 145-room DoubleTree by Hilton Sochi Krasnaya Polyana at this address was announced on 28 February 2022, signed by Anna Nevzorova of Metropolis and Sergey Li of LeePrime Group, who was to operate it, with the hotel to join Hilton Honors and open in 2025.
Ten days later Hilton left. On 10 March 2022 Kommersant reported Hilton's words — «закрыли наш корпоративный офис в Москве» — and its suspension, with Hyatt's, of Russian activity. No re-confirmation by Hilton of this project has been found at any date since. The portal still describes a DoubleTree by Hilton on the site. So the register records the marque as presumed stranded: asserted by the developer, unmentioned by the marque owner for four and a half years, on an agreement that predates the owner's withdrawal by a fortnight.
The actual operator, per the announcement that created the project, is LeePrime Group — and LeePrime operates its own separate residence product a few kilometres away. Everything else here is published twice and differs: completion as 2025 by the developer and the fourth quarter of 2026 on the portal; sizes as 33 to 170 by the developer, whose own pages contradict each other, and 47.3 to 144.2 on the portal. Both are printed.
