The clearest case in the register of a home that is also a hotel room. The Residences at The Westin Resort are freehold two- and three-bedroom apartments sold within the resort at Navarino Dunes — and they remain part of The Westin's own collection of rooms and suites. The owner occupies the flat for four or eight weeks a year and takes the rental income the rest of the time; the three-bedroom units run 150 to 167 square metres.
Around them, TEMES has sold villas by neighbourhood — Valley Greens and Rolling Greens sold out, Sea Dunes and Olive Grove still offered, freehold, from three to six bedrooms, the beachfront ones thirty metres from a turtle-nesting beach. The register holds the Westin apartments as its unit because that is the name the research gave; the villas are a separate offering under the Navarino Residences name. Costa Navarino is not in the atlas, and the record carries the place in words.

The Residences at The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino are freehold apartments that stay inside the hotel's room inventory: the owner has four or eight weeks a year and rental income for the rest. It is the plainest example the register has written of an arrangement it keeps meeting — at Seseh, at Miami Worldcenter, in Waikīkī — and the card says so in its first line.

Twelve of thirteen places resolve. BA-E-029 and BA-E-031 wrote Houston, Pylos, St George's, The Valley, George Town, Playa del Carmen, Kenmore, Rye, the Loire Valley, Hyde Park and Canela; the Cotswolds turned out to have been held all along under a key with a leading article. Seventeen register records now point at an entry, and ten new PR-P records carry the atlas's own defence of each place rather than the register's paraphrase.
01.10.2026 · A refusal that was right in September and stale by the twelfth
HOUSE-RULING-03 and -04 are dated 08.09.2026 and had never been read into this register. Reading §12 against the live files rather than against memory found most of it closed — the twenty-four wrongly reconstructed places rolled back, «— withdrawn —» gone from every code column, the tombstones published. Two things were not.
