The register now holds four cases of ground that was manufactured rather than found: Tarpon Island, Indian Creek Village, Mareterra in Monaco where six hectares were added to a principality, and Al Marjan in Ras Al Khaimah. Land that was made is a distinct product from land that was found, and the price behaves differently on it.
It is also the register's second Palm Beach record and sits in the same water as the 60 Blossom Way assembly.
