Three adjoining houses on Indian Creek Village were bought in sequence at a reported USD 68 million, USD 79 million and USD 90 million across 2023 and 2024 — about USD 237 million in total, a figure that exists only when the three are read together. Individually they read as market data; together they are one purchase.
The same pattern appears at 60 Blossom Way in Palm Beach, where adjoining ocean parcels were assembled to a reported total above USD 450 million. A register that lists sales one by one describes neither.
The island itself is the other half of the record. Thirty to forty residences on man-made ground with its own police force, a patrol boat and a golf course — the press calls it the Billionaire Bunker.
