Viewz by Danube
Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. Aston Martin interiors. 1,122 homes in twin towers joined by two sky bridges.
Aston Martin's name on the furniture, not on the building. Viewz is two towers in Jumeirah Lake Towers, joined by two sky bridges, holding 1,122 homes from studios to four-bedroom sky villas, from AED 950,000, by Danube Properties — the developer of the register's Fashionz — with interiors and furnishings by Aston Martin. The register holds it beside The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin, on Al Marjan Island, the same kind of licence, and apart from Aston Martin Residences in Miami, where the car maker's name is on the tower.
Finished in May 2026 by one account, due in the second quarter or June 2026 by others; the towers are 39 storeys in one source and 35 in another, and the cluster is K in one and J on the developer's own page. The project is shown as sold out.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who expects a car maker's residential brand: Aston Martin furnished the interiors.

22.09.2026 · Research intake, run 10 — the UAE queue closed
Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah holds the emirate's most expensive home, a Sky Palace sold for AED 130 million; its count went from 43 to 38 within 2026. Viewz by Danube carries Aston Martin's name on its furniture, not its towers, and is kept beside The Astera and apart from Aston Martin Residences. Bugatti Villas Dubai, named in a 2019 report, matches no project in any source and predates the only Bugatti residence in Dubai; it stays unresolved rather than joined. And at Bugatti Residences, a penthouse sale of AED 550 million, reported as the highest in the Middle East, is added to that record's sources. Jumeirah Luxury Living remains unresolved. With this run, every UAE name in the queue has been checked.
