Forty-nine residences, and the register found six different completion dates for them. 2026 in three sources, Q4 2026 in a fourth, Q1 2027 in a fifth, Q4 2027 in a sixth. Construction began in March 2023 and the main works contract went to Arabian Construction Company. Six published answers to one question, on a building that is going up now.
The structure is clear enough: twin towers by Studio Libeskind with interiors by 1508 London, glass facades built as a reference to the crystal house; Tower One carries a 144-key hotel below and the residences above, two to five bedrooms from 2,137 to 8,665 square feet, penthouses on floors 39 to 43. Owned by Shamal Holding, developed with H&H, operated by SH Hotels & Resorts — three parties, none of them Baccarat, which licenses the name.
One widely repeated listing attributes the development to Aldar. It is not Aldar's. The register records the error rather than only the fact, because an attribution repeated across brokerage sites is what a buyer will find first, and correcting it is more useful than restating the truth quietly.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who needs a delivery date: six are published and none is authoritative. Not for anyone who wants the district settled either — the address is given as Downtown Dubai and as Business Bay depending on who is selling it.
