Bugatti Residences by Binghatti

A private car lift into each unit is a global first, and the clearest statement in this register of what a motoring brand thinks a home is. Bugatti's first residential project anywhere, by Binghatti in Business Bay: forty-five floors across two towers, units from 2,036 to 15,042 square feet, a Riviera Mansion Collection and Sky Mansion penthouses above it.

The price history is the finding. May 2023 launch material gave AED 19.09 million for a Riviera mansion and AED 130 million for a sky mansion penthouse. Current material gives AED 21.2 million for a two-bedroom of 2,036 square feet — about eleven per cent above the 2023 entry, on a tower that has not completed. Sold on a 70/30 construction-linked plan with a quarter down at booking.

Delivery is contested and the register prints it that way: Q4 2025 in one source, Q2/Q3 2026 in another, and a third quoting from €4,620,598 — a euro figure that does not reconcile to the dirham entry, carried as published rather than converted.
