Ennismore's first building with no hotel in it. One hundred and thirteen residences in a low-rise block spanning the width of the Palm's West Crescent, from two-bedroom simplexes to four-bedroom penthouses, thirteen of them at ground level with private gardens, and a 1,000-square-metre social house for residents only. Ennismore, which owns SLS, licenses and operates; Roya Lifestyle Development builds. Ground was broken in August 2023; handover is due at the end of 2026.
One page gives two launch prices. A property research platform states that sales opened 'from AED 7,000,000' and, further down the same page, 'from AED 9,000,000'; the brand's broker quotes AED 7 million for a two-bedroom in the first quarter of 2023. The building is nine storeys in one source and ten in another.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants hotel facilities on site: the building is residences only, with a residents' social house.
