The height is published three ways — 83, 84 and 85 storeys, one broker giving 85 and 83 on the same page — and the building as one tower in most sources and a 'tower-duo' in another. Entry is from AED 750,000 at three brokers and 'studios from AED 2.2 million' at a fourth; completion is 2027, its second quarter, or its fourth.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a large apartment: the tower is studios to three bedrooms of up to about 1,500 square feet.
