The second Mr. C in Dubai is the test of whether the first was a one-off. ALTA Real Estate Development launched it in 2025 with the same Cipriani partnership, this time in Downtown Dubai rather than on the canal, with Savills appointed master agent.
The offer is split into Signature and Nobile collections, two to four bedrooms, with private lift access and the Mr. C service package. Seventy-one storeys is a different proposition from a low-rise canal building, and the register records the two as separate developments rather than phases of one programme.
It is under construction as of September 2026. No completion date is carried, because none is published that two sources agree on.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants what the Jumeirah building offers: this is a tower in the densest part of Dubai, and the quiet is a lift ride, not a location. Not for anyone buying finished — construction is under way and the delivery date is not settled.
