The world's first Mercedes-Benz residential tower, by Binghatti in Downtown Dubai, with a second branded community at Binghatti City in Meydan. Sizes of 1,837 to 2,534 square feet downtown; the Meydan community quotes studios and one-bedrooms from AED 1.6 to 3.2 million.
A brand on a building says nothing about the tier of the product inside it. An entry at AED 1.6 million here sits three orders below the AED 130 million sky mansion in the same developer's Bugatti tower a few kilometres away. The register records both and does not average them — which is exactly what a market report does when it prints one figure for *branded residences in Dubai*.
The master development runs to twelve residential towers, with Vision Simplex, Vision AVTR, AMG Vision, Vision One Eleven and Vision Iconic named as forthcoming. Each named product is its own development under this register's rule; the Meydan community is carried as a second product pending its own sources.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who reads the badge as the tier: the same marque covers a studio and a sky mansion in this city. Not for anyone who needs the Meydan community's terms — they are not yet separately sourced.
