Kempinski Marina Residences

Dubai Marina. Kempinski. A 57-storey tower whose count fell from 453 to 417 between the brand's announcement and the sales launch.

Editorial entry · sources recorded · property confirmation pending

The count changed in three months. Kempinski announced 453 homes in February 2024 — apartments, sky villas and seven penthouse suites in a 57-storey tower of staggered, planted terraces on one of Dubai Marina's last plots, by ABA Group; at the official sales launch in May, the sales agent gave 417, from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom duplexes. Completion moved in the same interval, from early 2028 to the first quarter of 2029. The register records the later count as current and the earlier one as its predecessor, both dated.

The sales agent reported more than AED 1 billion sold within 48 hours — the agent's own claim, recorded as such. One broker names the sales agent, Devmark, as the developer; the brand's own announcement names ABA Group.

Who it is not for

Not for a buyer who needs the specification settled: the unit count and completion both changed between the announcement and the launch.

22.09.2026 · Research intake, run 5 — a count that fell, a name used twice, and a price given twice on one page

SLS Residences The Palm is Ennismore's first building with no hotel in it — 113 homes across the Palm's West Crescent — and a research platform gives its launch price as AED 7 million and, lower on the same page, AED 9 million. Kempinski Marina Residences lost thirty-six homes between the brand's announcement in February 2024 (453) and the sales launch in May (417), and its completion slipped a year in the same three months; the sales agent's claim of AED 1 billion sold in 48 hours is recorded as the agent's.
