Pininfarina's Dubai tower is the largest thing the design house has authored in residential. Developed by MERED in Dubai Internet City, it runs to 66 floors and 310 apartments, with sky residences and penthouses at the top, and is in construction against a reported Q3 2027 completion.
The register files Pininfarina in Volume IV, Design & Interior Residences, rather than with the car marques. The distinction matters: Pininfarina is authoring the architecture, not lending a badge to it — the same position it holds at Palazzo Tissoli in Ras Al Khaimah and Andare in Fort Lauderdale.
Paolo Pininfarina, chairman until his death in 2024, carries the Library's person code for the house. The programme has continued under Paolo Dellachà.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a hotel-branded address: there is no operator here and no hospitality service layer. Not for anyone who wants a waterfront — Internet City is an office district, and the view is the city.
