The first lifestyle-branded residences in Dubai Hills Estate, and Hyde's first branded project in the Gulf: 246 apartments of one to three bedrooms and three-bedroom duplexes in a 26-storey building by City View Developments, licensed through AH New Lifestyle Middle East FZE, the regional vehicle for Accor's lifestyle brands. Owners join Accor's benefits programme. From AED 1.8 million at launch.
The handover is published six ways — December 2026, the fourth quarter of 2026, the first quarter of 2027, April 2027, the second quarter of 2027, and simply 2027 — across seven sources in a year. The entry price is AED 1.8 million in three and AED 2 million in two. The brand owner disclaims the building: Accor states that the residential projects under its brands are not owned, developed or sold by Accor but by third-party developers under an agreement for the use of the name — the disclaimer the register also carries for Ritz-Carlton in Naples and Istanbul. The tower is 26 storeys at a research platform and 24 at a broker; interiors are by Bishop Design, per Ennismore's announcement.

Three more names from the Dubai and global reports were checked and written; a fourth was declined. Hyde Residences Dubai Hills, the first lifestyle-branded building in its community, has its handover published six ways across seven sources in a year, and carries the brand owner's disclaimer: Accor states it neither owns, develops nor sells the residences its brands appear on. Beachgate by Address is Emaar's second Address tower on its own beachfront — 37 storeys in three sources, 45 in one, and sold out by one broker's account.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Georgetown: the address stands at 3150 South Street in five sources against 3100 in one, and the architect itself dates the incinerator to 1932. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences gains a third height, 595 metres, from the encyclopaedia's own data record; W Residences Al Marjan Island and Four Seasons Private Residences Boston gain the licensors' disclaimers, and Hyde Residences Dubai Hills its interior designer and a second floor count.
