Couture by Cavalli

Seventy units in fourteen storeys — five to a floor, and every one a duplex. Three, four and five-bedroom sky villas and six-bedroom duplex penthouses, each with its own infinity pool and terrace garden over the Dubai Canal. The register carries it separately from Cavalli Tower under its own rule: one named project at one address.
The register also corrects the name. It held this as *Cavalli Couture*; DAMAC markets it as Couture by Cavalli, and the record now says what the developer says. Interiors are themed on the Amazon, which is the sort of claim the register notes and does not evaluate.
It belongs to a set worth seeing whole. DAMAC licenses Cavalli here and at the Marina tower, licenses Karl Lagerfeld for villas, and bought de Grisogono outright after the jeweller went bankrupt in 2020 — then built Safa Two around one of its rings. Four maison towers, three procurement routes, one developer supplying the architecture, the construction and the service.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a single-level home: every unit here is a duplex, and the plan is the product. Not for anyone who wants an operator — this is a licensed name on a developer's building.
