The first residential building Giorgio Armani and Tadao Ando have made together, by the developer's account — two men who have worked together since Ando designed the Armani/Teatro in Milan in 2001. Fifty-three residences on the outer crescent of Palm Jumeirah, from two-bedroom homes of about 247 square metres to penthouses and two presidential suites, with interiors by the Armani/Casa studio. Developer: Arada, founded in 2017 and based in Sharjah.
Every date and the largest size are published two ways. Construction began in April 2024 in one source and November 2024 in another; handover was set for the end of 2026 and, in one account, revised to 2027. The launch price is AED 21 million in the developer's announcement and AED 23 million on one broker's page. The presidential suites run to 4,072 square metres in one listing and 2,943 in another.
