The first homes anywhere under the 25hours name, the German hotel brand now owned by Accor's Ennismore, known for its playful, retro interiors: 338 apartments from studios to three-bedroom duplexes and duplex penthouses in a 73-storey tower in Downtown Dubai, with an infinity pool and lounge on the 63rd floor. The developers are East & West Properties and D&B Properties; owners join Accor's residence club. Completion is due in the second quarter of 2027.
The report named it as a hotel might be named, '25hours Heimat Dubai'; the tower is residential, and its apartments are sold, not let as rooms. The entry price is AED 2.3 million at launch in one source, with resale listings from AED 1.8 million.
