The DAMAC Residences at Al Jawharah, interiors by Versace Home
Jeddah Corniche. Versace Home interiors. The top ten floors of a DAMAC tower, launched at Harrods and finished in 2014.
Versace's name on the furniture of the top ten floors: DAMAC's Al Jawharah tower on the Jeddah Corniche, 48 storeys and 224 metres, finished in January 2014, where the upper apartments and penthouses were fitted out by Versace Home. DAMAC launched them in July 2011 at Harrods in London, for Gulf visitors in town for the summer, with completion promised for 2013.
Versace Home is an interiors licence, not a residential brand — the register holds it as it holds Bentley Home and Aston Martin's interiors, apart from Palazzo Versace, which the Library holds as a brand. The architect is DAMAC's own practice in the encyclopaedia and SOM at one secondary source; the register records both. No count of the Versace residences is published in any source consulted.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer seeking a Versace-branded building: only the interiors of the upper floors carry the name.

22.09.2026 · Saudi Arabia, run 2 — Jeddah's Corniche, and a hotel that is not a home
Three towers on the Jeddah Corniche and a villa town in Riyadh. Four Seasons Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche — sixty-four homes in two towers joined by bridges eight storeys deep — was announced for 2024 and is now due in 2027. Burj Assila Residences, in the sail-screened tower of Shangri-La's first Saudi hotel, opened in 2022 against a 2018 promise, with nearly every count changed on the way. The DAMAC Residences at Al Jawharah carry Versace Home's interiors on the top ten floors of a tower launched at Harrods in 2011; the register keeps that licence apart from Palazzo Versace.
