Seventy homes on a man-made island built for entertainment. Dar Al Arkan, the Saudi developer, brought Elie Saab to Qatar for the first time on Qetaifan Island North — the island with the waterpark off Lusail — with Qetaifan Projects of Katara Hospitality; sales opened a month before the 2022 World Cup at QR2 to 6 million, against a QR1 billion total.
The counts move between sources: the launch releases say seventy residences of one to three bedrooms; a market survey of 2025 describes a first phase of 86 to 389 square metres completing in the third quarter of 2026 and speaks of three developments in all. The register holds the seventy and records the rest. It is the second Elie Saab project in the register, beside Etoile at Sedra in Riyadh.
