Thirty residences at Wolmar on the west coast, under a minute's walk from Wolmar beach: twenty-four two- and three-bedroom apartments of 97 to 173 square metres and six penthouses of up to 301 square metres, each with a private rooftop pool. From USD 588,717 for a two-bedroom of 153 square metres. Developer MJ Développement, founded in 2007 in the Basque Country by Michaël Ruel and Jean Etchepareborde.
Hotel-serviced without a hotel in the building. Owners take the services of Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa and The Sands Suites Resort & Spa — the hotel group whose name is on the door. A portable name, but not a global marque: the register's portability test separates the two.

Not for a buyer expecting a resort estate: this is an apartment building under the G+2 framework.
