Britain's first Nobu residences, and Manchester's tallest building to come. Viadux 2 rises 76 storeys and 246 metres above the old railway viaduct arches by Deansgate: 160 hotel rooms, a Nobu restaurant and 452 residences from GBP 600,000, by the developer Salboy with SimpsonHaugh as architect, approved in May 2025. The first Viadux tower, of 40 storeys, was finished in 2024.
The cost is GBP 360 million in the brand's account and 350 in the encyclopaedia's, and the residences are the brand's UK debut. The research named it without a country; Manchester entered the register's places this month from the atlas.
