Chelsea Barracks
Belgravia, London. Qatari Diar. 448 homes on twelve acres of former barracks, with five acres of public garden.
Twelve and a half acres of former army barracks between Belgravia and Chelsea, bought by Qatar's sovereign developer and rebuilt as 448 apartments, penthouses and townhouses of 99 to 924 square metres, from GBP 3.3 million, around five acres of gardens that are open to the public, with a residents' club, spa and pool.
The register holds it on one source and says so. Only a new-homes portal reached the register with figures; no developer release or independent account was found in this pass, and the record will be completed when one is. The reports named it without a country.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a quiet private estate: five of its acres are public gardens.

In the journal
23.09.2026 · No country given, run 4 — two London estates: a power station and a barracks
Chelsea Barracks is Qatari Diar's rebuilding of twelve and a half acres between Belgravia and Chelsea as 448 homes from GBP 3.3 million, around five acres of public garden. It is held on a single source, and the record says so. Unlike Nuanu in Bali, which the register declined as a district of many developers, both of these are single estates under one master developer, and are written as one record each.
