Verbier is third in Switzerland by luxury value at about CHF 45,000 per square metre, and the youngest of the three great Alpine markets — which is why the branded and serviced product is stronger here than at Gstaad or St. Moritz.
Who it is not for
Not for an owner who wants the residence empty: the proposition is built around letting it. Not for a foreign non-resident without authorisation — Verbier carries the ordinary Swiss regime.
