This address runs both models at once, and that is the reason to record it. Apartments here are owned outright and resold through agents — Savills listed a three-bedroom of 99 square metres with garage, cellar and ski store. The same building appears on hotel channels as a ski hotel with daily housekeeping and continental breakfast, its Prestige Residences and Five-Bedroom Prestige Penthouse listed as room types.
Neither description is wrong. What is not published is which units fall on which side, and the register does not guess: access is recorded as Own and Stay together, the rental programme as active, and the split as unstated. Most branded residences in this register lean one way; this one is genuinely both, and a buyer needs to know which building they are walking into.
The rest is Courchevel 1850 as it is: two to five bedrooms, interiors by Alain Foeillet and Morpheus, the Six Senses spa and pool, and a private ski lodge at La Croisette where a concierge keeps the equipment so owners walk to the lifts in ordinary shoes.
