Thirteen of the seventeen may be sold to international owners without the restrictions that normally apply to Swiss resort property. The register records the split rather than the total, because in this jurisdiction eligibility is the entire difference between two otherwise identical apartments — and no other market here has that field doing real work.

Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who has not established which of the seventeen is on offer: four of them carry the ordinary Swiss restrictions and thirteen do not. Not for anyone wanting a large chalet — these are apartments above a hotel.
