A forest estate with three golf courses and a château. Les Bordes, 1,400 acres of Sologne woodland ninety minutes south of Paris and twenty minutes from Chambord, is adding a 50-key Six Senses hotel and spa and 52 villas of three to seven bedrooms, each with a pool, on plots of up to 1.72 acres; the first twelve were offered from EUR 2.57 to 8.18 million. Interiors are by BLINK, and owners may put a house into the resort's letting inventory.
The count has changed since the signing. The 2019 release made provision for 70 residential villas; the brand and the estate now both say 52. The register records 52 and names the earlier figure. The place — the Loire Valley, or Saint-Laurent-Nouan — is not in the atlas, and the record carries it in words.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a town: the estate is deep in forest, and the nearest village is small.
