Six Senses La Sagesse
St David's, on thirty-eight acres. Fifty-six pool suites and fifteen villas — and the figures this record carried were wrong on the count and on the land.
The operator settles a conflict this record had been publishing. Six Senses states “our 56 pool suites and 15 villas” and, in its own factsheet, that the villas range between one, two and four bedrooms on hillside or beachfront settings. It also gives the land as 38 acres. This record carried *100 rooms across 28 acres* from a 2022 trade report — wrong on the count and wrong on the acreage, and the operator contradicts both. Seventy-one is arithmetic the register has done; neither operator page publishes a total.
Opened April 2024, the third of Range Developments' Eastern Caribbean resorts and its first in Grenada. The developer's own page is behind its own building: elsewhere on the same site it still says it is committed to completing the project in 2023.
The operator offers no residences here and publishes no price. What is sold is sold by the developer under Grenada's citizenship programme, and what that is the register does not assert — see the tenure line.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer looking to buy from Six Senses: the operator offers no residence at this property and publishes no price.

- WITHDRAWN, 2026-10-13 — this record carried ‘100 rooms across 28 acres’ from a trade report of 02.02.2022. The operator contradicts both figures and the developer corroborates the acreage against it.

Investment migration — the facts the rule turns on
The rule for Grenada: Citizenship by investment — checked 24.09.2026.
| Entry price | Not established | 04.10.2026 · no developer or operator publishes a residence price for this development |
| Minimum qualifying investment, Grenada CBI programme | USD 220,000 per share in the unit, held at least five years after the grant of citizenship | 04.10.2026 · cbi.gov.gd, the programme's own authority — a floor set by statute on the applicant, not a price set by a developer |
The register publishes the facts and the rule; it does not say whether any purchase qualifies. Eligibility attaches to a sale, not to a building, and the register is not immigration counsel.
