Approved-project shares: Six Senses La Sagesse USD 220,000; InterContinental Grenada USD 270,000 as a share or USD 350,000 with full title. Resale after five years.

Bound since 1 July 2024 to the Eastern Caribbean USD 200,000 regional floor. The only Caribbean passport giving access to the US E-2 investor visa.
