InterContinental Grenada Resort & Spa, La Sagesse

La Sagesse, St David's. Opening 4 November 2026 with 120 rooms — and the register had been describing it from citizenship brochures while the operator and the developer both published.

Both authoritative publishers were there the whole time. IHG's own page gives the full name — InterContinental Grenada Resort & Spa, La Sagesse, St David's — an opening date of 4 November 2026, 120 guest rooms and suites across Premium Rooms, Junior Suite, One Bedroom Suite, Grand Suite and Presidential Suite, five restaurants and over 20,000 square feet of event space, and is taking reservations. Range Developments, the developer, publishes its own page. The register was citing neither, and carried instead two citizenship-marketing sites.

What those sites supplied was wrong in three particulars. The record carried *USD 270,000 in shares*; the Government of Grenada's own page states the real-estate minimum as USD 220,000 per share in the unit. It carried *seven nights a year* of owner use, which appears on no government, developer or operator page the register could find. And it carried *resale after five years*, where the government states a five-year holding period after the grant of citizenship, which is not the same provision.

The threshold is not the price, and the distinction is the point of the record. USD 220,000 is a floor set by statute on the applicant. Every approved development in Grenada clears it by definition, so the figure has no power to tell one development from another — and a share sized to a threshold is a fractional interest, not a dwelling. Neither Range nor IHG publishes a residence price here at all.

And the register restores a fact it withdrew, which is the uncomfortable half of this card. On 2 October it struck *seven nights a year* from this record, writing that the figure “appears on no government, developer or operator page the register could find.” It appears in the developer's own Terms & Conditions, on its own domain, for this project and the three others: *the Member is entitled to a complimentary seven (7) night stay each calendar year in a standard room.* The register withdrew it because its source was a citizenship-marketing site and it did not go and look at the developer. A figure is not false because the party repeating it has an interest. What the register was right about is the framing: “one week of free use” is not what the clause gives — see the club line, where the six conditions attached to it are recorded, including that the benefit ceases when the holding period ends.

What the register can say about the citizenship route it says with its source named. NOW Grenada, reporting the Government Gazette in October 2025, has Range Developments holding three approved projects in Grenada — this one, Six Senses La Sagesse and The La Sagesse Collection, the last gazetted on 3 October 2025 — and parliamentary reporting for July to December 2024 attributing EC$70.3 million of citizenship investment to this resort. That is a national newspaper reading a gazette, which the register says rather than calling it the government's own publication.

Who it is not for

Not for a buyer reading USD 270,000 as an entry price: that figure is neither this development's price nor, as it happens, the correct programme minimum.
