Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok

West bank of the Chao Phraya, Bangkok. Banyan Tree. 133 homes sixteen metres from the river.

Editorial entry · sources recorded · property confirmation pending

A tower sixteen metres from the Chao Phraya on its west bank at Khlong San, 45 storeys and 177 metres, finished in 2019 with 133 Banyan Tree residences — the first high-rise of a developer, Nirvana Daii, known until then for low-rise houses. Owners join Banyan Tree's Sanctuary Club across the group's resorts.

Its address is given two ways in one listing — 1188 Soi Somdet Chao Phraya 17 in the title, 885 Charoen Nakhon Road in the text — and the developer's name two ways across sources. What title the buyers hold is not stated in the sources consulted.

Who it is not for

Not for a buyer who wants the east bank's business districts on foot: the tower is across the river.

22.09.2026 · Thailand, run 1 — Bangkok: four towers, and the difference between owning and leasing

Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok, sixteen metres from the river on its west bank, does not say in any source reached what its buyers hold. Thailand lets foreigners own condominium units freehold within a quota, but not land; the register records each building's tenure only as its sources state it.

Investment migration — the facts the rule turns on
