Banyan Tree Residences Manila Bay
Manila Bay. Banyan Tree. A hundred and eighty-eight homes in three glass towers facing the sunset.
The group's first building in the Philippines: 188 residences in three glass towers over Manila Bay, beside a 238-room Banyan Tree hotel, built in phases by TransAsia under licence from the brand. The homes run from two- and three-bedroom flats of 140 to 260 square metres to 400-square-metre prime units, 700-square-metre duplexes and 900-square-metre penthouses, from about PHP 92 million; owners take Sanctuary Club membership across the group, from its spas to villas in Tuscany and Provence.
The opening was set for the third quarter of 2025 and no source reaching the register reports it. It is the register's first record in the Philippines and its sixth Banyan Tree, after Phuket, Bangkok, Dubai, Mayakoba and West Palm Beach.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a completed home: the announced opening has passed without a report of it.
