Marriott's first residences in South East Asia, in a 223-metre, 55-storey tower on Gurney Drive that was George Town's second tallest when it topped out: 302 freehold homes of two and three bedrooms with penthouses above, sharing the building with 223 guest rooms and 90 executive hotel rooms. BSG Property built it through Taman Sri Bunga, to a design by SAA Architects; completed in 2023 and opened in 2024.
The count is 302 in one account and 294 in another, and the register prints both. A local analysis adds the market context its sources give: branded residences in Kuala Lumpur command roughly a 69 per cent premium over unbranded luxury flats, the second highest such premium in Asia — with the caution that it is Kuala Lumpur data, not Penang's.
