The Residences at The St. Regis Astana
Astana Central Park. St. Regis. Fifty homes around a yurt-shaped courtyard, beside the brand's first hotel in the CIS.
A courtyard drawn from a yurt. WATG set the St. Regis Astana around a raised court that links the hotel, its residences, shops and offices, with interiors by Wimberly and more than four hundred works of contemporary art; the plan takes its shape from the nomadic dwelling and its detail from Kazakh horsemanship. The hotel opened in September 2017 as the first new-build St. Regis in the CIS, with 120 rooms; beside it stand 50 residences of two to four bedrooms, about 250 square metres each, with their own entrance and the run of the hotel's services.
The developer is named twice over: MG Development in the 2014 signing, MG Holding at the 2017 opening. No price or tenure is published in the sources consulted. It is the register's first record in Kazakhstan, and its second St. Regis residence of the day after Belgrade.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a large collection: there are fifty homes and no published resale market.

Investment migration — the facts the rule turns on
No investment-migration rule has been established for this jurisdiction. The register records nothing it has not sourced.
The register publishes the facts and the rule; it does not say whether any purchase qualifies. Eligibility attaches to a sale, not to a building, and the register is not immigration counsel.
