Two branded residential buildings stand on the same masterplan and only one carries a hospitality name. K11 ARTUS and Rosewood Residences are both at Victoria Dockside, both under the same ownership family; ARTUS is a house brand and the register files it as Landmark, not Hotel-Branded. The difference is contractual rather than visible from the street.
Two hundred and eighty-seven art-and-design residences with harbour views, from about HKD 53,000 a month for a studio to HKD 398,000 and above for a three-bedroom penthouse.
It is the largest of Hong Kong's serviced-residence buildings in this register by count, ahead of Rosewood's 186 and behind only Four Seasons Place at 519.
