Aston Martin Residences Miami
Miami, United States. Aston Martin. Three hundred and ninety-one residences in a 66-storey tower at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, completed April 2024.
This is the building that proved a car marque could carry a tower. Announced when automotive branding in real estate was still an oddity, it completed in April 2024 on a triangular waterfront site at the mouth of the Miami River, with its own superyacht marina.
The register records the arrangement precisely because it is easy to misdescribe. Aston Martin is a design and trademark licensor, not an operator: the statutory developer and seller of record is Riverwalk East Developments LLC, the architecture is by BMA Architects under Rodolfo Miani, and Marek Reichman's design team authored the interiors. Nobody from Gaydon runs the building.
It is also a live test of what happens after delivery. The tower is complete, occupied and association-controlled, and litigation was unresolved at the register's last reading. A branded residence shows its real character in year three, not at launch — which is why the register keeps this record open rather than closing it at completion.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants brand service: the licence covers design and name, and there is no hotel behind the desk. Not for anyone who wants a settled building — this one is early in its life as a governed community, and that is a fact about the asset rather than a rumour about it.
