Investment migration — the rule, as checked 24.09.2026
Citizenship and residence by investment
Citizenship: USD 300,000 in real estate, five-year hold, funds in US dollars from abroad (Law 190/2019; Prime Ministerial Decree 876/2023).
Residence: USD 50,000 for one year, USD 100,000 for three, USD 200,000 for five.
Where the sources disagree
Which property qualifies for citizenship: government-owned projects (Henley); development companies' property (Savory); government or private since October 2024 (NTL); anywhere except Sinai (The Wandering Investor).
A Ras El Hekma marketing site still quotes USD 500,000 for citizenship — the figure superseded in 2023.

This jurisdiction in the register
4 records, 4 with a published page. Each record carries the facts this rule turns on — entry price, seller, and where the rule distinguishes them, first sale, fractional sale, construction status, tenure — each dated and sourced.
The register publishes the rule and the facts; it does not say whether any purchase qualifies. Eligibility attaches to a sale, not to a building, and the register is not immigration counsel. All jurisdictions →
