A hotel brand selling homes with no hotel in the building. SLS Madrid Infantas Residences is thirty-three residences — one- to three-bedroom flats and penthouses with private terraces and pools — inside a 1920s building by Eduardo Sánchez Eznarriaga a few metres from Gran Vía, refurbished from early 2024 with interiors by Studio Carter. Ennismore calls it the brand's first standalone residence in Spain; the amenities are managed by SLS and supported by Accor One Living, and Savills and Knight Frank launched sales in spring 2024.
Standalone is the fact worth recording. Almost every SLS and Accor residence the register holds sits over a hotel that carries the service; here the service has to be built for thirty-three flats alone, with a ground-floor restaurant as its public face. No completion date and no prices have been published by the developer, and the register records neither.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants hotel depth on call: there is no hotel here, only the residence's own staff.
