Eight villas, a joint release, and no date. Versace Home and RGZ Developers announced Ocho de Oro in June 2025 with “interior design by Versace Home”, a showroom in Puerto Banús and each villa “valued at over 10 million euros”. Completion is not stated by either party, nor is an architect, a size range or a bedroom count.
The brand's role is named precisely and the register keeps it there. This is interior design, not a hotel operation and not a management agreement — so the managed-by and rental fields stay empty rather than borrowing a name from the marque. A fashion house doing interiors is the most common shape of a branded residence in Marbella and the one most often described as though it were more.
RGZ Developers holds two marques within one town. Versace Home here and Bentley Home at Aida Residence on the Golden Mile — a second, smaller instance of the concentration Sierra Blanca Estates shows at four. The register records the pattern: on this coast the scarce asset is the developer able to sign a luxury house, not the house willing to be signed.
