Four Seasons Private Residences Madrid
Plaza de Canalejas, Sol. Twenty-two flats above Madrid's Four Seasons, in seven stitched-together historic buildings — and all of them sold.
Seven listed buildings made into one address. The Centro Canalejas block at the foot of Gran Vía was assembled from seven historic buildings, restored under Estudio de Arquitectura Lamela and opened in 2019 as the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid with twenty-two private residences above it, interiors by Luis Bustamante. The developer was Grupo Villar Mir with OHL Desarrollos. Four Seasons' own page now reports the residences sold out.
It is the first branded-residence address in the Spanish capital, and the register's second Spanish record. The first was Banyan Tree Padilla in Salamanca, still under construction, which the register recorded as the brand's European debut. Canalejas got there six years earlier with a different proposition — a historic centre block rather than a single restored house — and the two together are the whole of Madrid's branded stock at the top.

Not for a buyer who wants to buy now: nothing is on the developer's list and resale is the only route.
