The publisher here is the licensee, which is the cleanest kind of source for this shape of deal. Luxury Living Group holds the Bentley Home licence and carries Aida Residence on its own site: eight duplex apartments, developed “in partnership with RGZ Developers”, with interiors from “a close creative dialogue between Luxury Living Group and RGZ Developers” and no named designer. Luxury Living Group says “the majority of units were reserved ahead of public commercialisation”.
Fifty metres from Puente Romano is a location, not an affiliation. The register's hotel-relationship field says so explicitly, because proximity to a famous hotel is the most frequently implied and least frequently granted relationship on this coast. No service agreement, no club access and no management arrangement with any hotel is published by anyone.
Completion is not stated. Neither the licensee nor the developer gives a date, and the register will not derive one from “mostly reserved”. Eight units sold quietly before launch is the fact; a delivery quarter is not.
