The Residences at The St. Regis Belgrade

Kula Belgrade, Belgrade Waterfront. St. Regis. Two hundred and twenty homes in the tallest tower of the former Yugoslavia.

Editorial entry · sources recorded · property confirmation pending

The brand's first residences in Europe, in the tallest building the former Yugoslavia has. Kula Belgrade rises 168 metres and 42 storeys over the Sava at Belgrade Waterfront, twisting to mark the confluence of the Sava and the Danube in SOM's Chicago drawing; the St. Regis hotel takes floors three to eleven and 220 residences the fourteenth to the thirty-ninth, in three collections — 32 Signature homes with twenty duplexes, 170 Grand and 18 Sky on the top residential floors.

Announced in 2016 for 2019, then 2021, and finished in 2024. The hotel was 125 rooms in the announcement and 119 as built. The developer's own page carries the licence disclaimer in full: the residences are not owned, developed or sold by Marriott, and if the licence ends the building loses the name.

Who it is not for

Not for a buyer who wants the old city at the door: Belgrade Waterfront is a new district built on the river's edge.

The Residences at The St. Regis Belgrade — 220 homes on floors 14 to 39 of Kula Belgrade, the tallest building in Serbia and the former Yugoslavia, above a 119-room hotel — were the brand's first residences in Europe.
